Hello again fellow G2S'ers! We are excited to share with you we will begin ticket sales for Granite Game Summit 2023 as early as this Friday. If you have attended before, we are doing things a bit differently this time round. Regardless of if it is your first time or your seventh time, please read ALL of this email to best understand our ticket sale plan.

What - Granite Game Summit 2023
When - March 9-12, 2023
Ticket Prices - $70 (plus fees) for 4-day General Admission, $35 (plus fees) for 4-day Youth Badges (must be purchased with a GA badge). There will be no single day badges.
Hotel Room Prices - Executive Level rooms - $505 for 3-nights (see below), Standard rooms - $125/night (plus taxes/fees)
Covid Safety Protocols - Covid-19 vaccinations required, masks mostly required. About 75 seats of space (in the Hunt Club room) to be mask optional depending on current COVID-19 conditions. See below for more details.*
Ticket Pre-Sales (Executive Level Rooms + GA Tickets) begin Friday November 11th, 2022 at 1pm Eastern.

We will begin our pre-sales for #G2S2023 on this date and time. Pre-sales will consist of booking Executive Level rooms at a rate of $505, which provides the option to purchase up to 4 General Admission badges (and youth badges if needed) in advance of the GA ticket sales. Attendees who book a room on the Executive Level during this time will receive a follow-up email providing access to purchase these tickets BEFORE GA tickets go on sale. This way we can guarantee you access to tickets when you book an Executive Level room.
Why are we doing it this way? In order to provide attendees with the full G2S experience they have grown to know and love, we book the entire hotel and offer these Executive Level rooms as a perk to those who stay there. This also helps us book the hotel at the best rates possible. With last year's event selling out within 12 hours, we wanted to make certain those with interest in this space had the opportunity to book right away.
GA Ticket Sales (Tickets Only) Begin Friday November 18th, 2022 at 1pm Eastern
For those who do not need rooms on the Executive Floor, General Admission tickets will go on sale on this date and time. Youth Badges will also be available to purchase (Note: we will cancel any Youth Badges purchased without a GA badge). As we have mentioned, last year's tickets sold out within 12 hours and we anticipate these selling out just as quickly, if not quicker. We will send a reminder email a day or so prior to them going on sale.
Covid Safety Protocols at #G2S2023
We will require vaccine verification for ALL attendees, regardless of age. If you have attended G2S2022 or ReUnity 2022 you will not need to be verified a second time. Otherwise details on how you can verify your vaccination status will be sent to everyone who has purchased a ticket.
As always, our priority is to keep our event safe for all, which means that during an ever-changing pandemic, we need to prioritize the immunocompromised members of our community by requiring masks. We hear you though and understand that sometimes you need/want a break from wearing a mask. We are hoping to have the Hunt Club (the room on the opposite side of the venue, above the pool) to be mask-optional. This will entirely depend on the current state of Covid-19 variants and numbers for the region. We will make a final decision closer to the event.
The Hunt Club is limited to approximately 75 seats. Full masking will be required in all other spaces at all times. We want to be sure that people understand that the possible mask-optional space may fill and you will need a mask in all other spaces, with no exceptions.
Additionally, we are looking into providing air purifiers in the spaces to keep the ventilation as high as possible. And we will also have a designated area for eating and drinking again this year.
