Saturday Morning Designer Alley
Here is a more in depth look at the designers and games being shown on Saturday morning in Designer Alley!
Badges, Lanyards and Environmental Stewardship
What if you could have an amazing experience at a convention and know that they are taking steps to do what they can to have as minimal an impact on the environment? At Granite Game Summit we are striving to continuously improve and do just that.
William Faust from Top Shelf Fun
Granite Game Summit has fantastic people that help make this event great. One sponsor, William Faust CEO of Top Shelf Fun, stepped up in a big way for #G2S20. Let’s find out a little more about William Faust and Top Shelf Fun.
Play-To-Wins #G2S20
One of our more popular events at Granite Game Summit is the Play-To-Win. Play-To-Win is where you can play one of our featured games for a chance to win that copy of it. How cool is it that you can come to a gaming event and have a chance to win just by playing a game?
Laura & Ian from Diversions Puzzles & Games
Granite Game Summit has the best community, that includes some amazing sponsors. One sponsor has been supporting us since the very first event. Laura Keith and Ian Hall from Diversions Puzzles & Games have played a key role in making Granite Game Summit what it is today. They run a most wonderful hobby store in Portsmouth, NH (with another location in Portland, ME). Let us find out what makes these two tick.

Return of the Paint and Take!
The “Paint and Take” is back at Granite Game Summit! Take some time off from non stop gaming this weekend to try your hand at painting some miniatures. Gaming company Modiphius Entertainment have generously donated some stunning miniatures from the official Fallout world, with painting supplies sponsored by The Army Painter.
Japhet Stevens
Today we are featuring Japhet Stevens, a long time supporter and friend of Granite Game Summit who will be joining us for the first time in Designer Alley to show off his game, Treasury. I have personally had the pleasure of playing Treasury in one of its earliest iterations and I have gotten to see it play-tested numerous times.

Today we are featuring Mary Flanagan and Max Seidman of Resonym, and indie publishing company. They will be joining us at Granite Game Summit in Designer Alley for the first time. Their game Visitor in Blackwood Grove won the audience choice award at the Boston Festival of Indie Games in 2017.

Flea Market
A flea market for board games that will be an hour long hosted by Ryan LaFlamme from The Cardboard Republic . Sellers will be able to set up tables of items for sale, and people can come and buy those games. If you are interested in selling please sign up below.
Volunteers Needed
We here at G2S are a small group. There is only three of us who plan and organize our event so that hundreds of people can come together to game and have a good time. When it comes to the weekend of the event, we need a few more helping hands to assist in providing a smooth, meaningful experience for all. We need your help to make that happen.
Early Risers Cereal Club
I don’t know about you but I dread one aspect of going to a board game convention. It seems like everyone is a late night party animal, and there seems to be no early risers. My theory is there are many of us we just cave to the whims of the masses. Well two of the three organizers are early risers and this year Mike and I have decided to make a space for all us morning maniacs!
KeyForge Tournament
From the imagination of legendary game designer Richard Garfield comes a game unlike anything the world has ever seen—a game where every deck is as unique as the person who wields it and no two battles will ever be the same.
Auction, Game Scheduler and Guild
It’s the most wonderful time of the year, because Granite Game Summit is quickly approaching, obviously. As the event grows closer there may be a couple of small things that you’ve missed and we want to be sure you know they’re out there and ready to be utilized.
Greg Krupp
Today we are featuring Greg Krupp, designer of Crowkeeper. Greg lives in Ulster County, New York where he studies Geographic Information Systems at SUNY New Paltz. Many moons ago, he worked as a carpenter in Woodstock, NY and lived in glorified squat houses with multiple beer-soaked copies of Cities and Knights.
You've Been Poisoned: Escape Room
This year we are pleased to be hosting You’ve Been Poisoned: Escape Room. Created and run by Tim Blank, designer of Oh My Gods! And Bumuntu. You can challenge yourself and do a good deed at the same time. The $5 per person fee for this event goes directly to Boston Children’s Hospital.
Ben Mitchell
Today we are featuring Ben Mitchell from DoubleWatt Games. Ben lives in Newtown Square, PA, which is a small suburb about 20 minutes from downtown Philadelphia ("Go EAGLES!"). He is a software developer by day, currently specializing in machine learning data analysis in the healthcare field.
