Volunteers Needed

We here at G2S are a small group. There are only three of us who plan and organize our event so that hundreds of people can come together to game and have a good time. When it comes to the weekend of the event, we need a few more helping hands to assist in providing a smooth, meaningful experience for all. We need your help to make that happen.

We are looking for attendees to help us as volunteers in several key areas throughout the weekend. Volunteers will be asked to sign up for 2-hour time slots to help with various areas, including:

• Registration - Check people in when they arrive, explain how the "game library works", answer general questions

• Events - Assist in event setup, information running, traffic control. will vary by event

• Room Walker - Walk the various ballrooms, be available to answer general questions, help with games if possible, pick up trash, help with finding tables for people to play at, help find lonely/shy players a group to play with

In return for your help, you will receive our praise and admiration. On top of that you will also receive:

• A unique G2S Volunteer shirt to wear while volunteering

• Raffle tickets for our various raffles

• A discount on next years Granite Game Summit (discount amount varies, dependent on how much you volunteer).

To volunteer, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Have a pass for G2S for the day you wish to volunteer

• Be available and willing to work at least one 2-hour shift
