EVENT: Sunday Morning Pancake Cook Along

WHEN: Sunday March 14th, 2021 10 A.M. E.T.

WHAT: Join Rob Daviau, designer of many of your favorite Legacy games, Unmatched and so much more as he hosts a pancake cook along! This is a unique opportunity to spend some virtual time with one of your favorite designers while he teaches you how to cook a family favorite dish.

HOW: You will simply need to join the link via Zoom. An ingredient shopping list will be provided before the event for those who would like to join in with the cooking. No pre-registration is required, you will only need an internet connected device.

Here is what you will need to join in on the cook along:

½ cup unbleached all-purpose flour (2 1/2 ounces)

1 tablespoon granulated sugar

½ teaspoon table salt

2 large eggs

⅔ cup half-and-half

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 ¼ pounds Granny Smith apples or Braeburn apples (3 to 4 large apples), peeled, quartered, cored, and cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices

¼ cup light brown sugar or dark brown sugar

¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon lemon juice

confectioners' sugar for dusting

10-inch Nonstick skillet
